HP Radio: Levine talks legality of tanking and NHL in Las Vegas

Matthew Coller chats with Sports Administration lecturer at the University of Louisville and former lawyer for an NHL team Jeff Levine about some sports business issues surrounding hockey. He is asked: Could fans bring action against their team if clubs admit to trying to be bad for a draft pick? And, will the NHL end up in Las Vegas and could it survive there. Also a new concussion lawsuit against the NHL takes a step forward.
